30- Day Total body transformation program made for those who are ready to start a structured and challenging workout program to lose weight and sculpt the body. This was the program I wrote for myself to get my body back for this photoshoot after my son was born. (All photos were taken 5 months post partum.)
This 4 week program includes a comprehensive meal program, workout program, recipes, and shopping list.
